(April 2, 2019, 5:36 pm)Placing order was easy young lady was great, from start to finish. We called ahead like requested so they could pull it. We get there and its not ready had to wait for them to go back and forth before pulling it. The two guys helping load , we had a bit of an issue getting trail gate down. Young guy was patient older gentlemen was rude.. said they had to go too many people inside. I think it was more like closer to closing time. They literally put in truck enough to leave us there. Not happy with that part of customer service... we pulled into a spot to fix it . The crib was not cheap and I would expect better service

Oh my gosh John Chelsea and shoua. The best Experience I have had with employees and managers of a big retail chain in over 5 years.
My poor 2 week old newborn had very gassy problems and I call this store before they closed and they told me they would wait an Extra 11 minutes for me to get this product so my baby can be relieved of gas. Whoever is in charge of complementing these employees they deserve a pizza party and if I could I would like to pay for it Myself!!!!
Now it is time to get home and hopefully get our baby girl happy.
