When it is your appointment time, that time has been reserved for your treatment only. I have never seen this with any of my prior dentists, but really appreciate this practice. Dr. Zhao is hands-down the best dentist I have ever been to ... his work is fantastic, and he and his assistant work like a team that have been with each other for quite some time - they are in complete sync with each other.
