  This is the best CrossFit gym in the area (Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar). Coaches are friendly and actually explain the wods and go over technique. Other gyms the coaches are concerned about the elite athletes. This gym is about family, community, and being healthy for a long time ahead without injuries, it is what CrossFit is really about!!!

  This is the perfect box for a seasoned athlete as well as a beginner. I have been doing Crossfit a little over a year and this is by far my favorite box. The coaches are through with technique and safety and the members are friendly and encouraging! If you haven’t tried Crossfit make this box your first stop!

  Learned the ropes here. Coaches are great. Classes are well structured and programmed. Good for all levels.

  I checked out numerous crossfit facilities. What I enjoy about this one is that the instructors take the time to work on fundamentals. No judging thstb not a pro athlete. Clean place. Friendly atmosphere. Try it!!

  Really nice, friendly people. This is not just for jocks. Anybody can join and work at their own pace. Measurable progress is recorded electronically and can be viewed remotely
