I’d assume most of the negative reviews on here are acts of “shooting the messenger” due to manufacturer defects. It seems like every new RV has its issues, but Giant’s service team has consistently set reasonable expectations and always met or exceeded them when it was time to get things fixed or get new stuff installed. We’re very pleased with our experience.”
