Had to get my Samsung S20's cam switched out because it had broken and exposed the cams to dust and it only took a couple of hours. Very happy with the results and very happy with the excellent customer service I received. Will be returning for future services :)
(November 10, 2022, 12:10 pm)My son needed a new phone but we didn’t want to get him a brand new one since he has recently had 2 phones either go missing or broken. So we had an old iPhone 6 with a cracked screen. They went out of their way to order a screen since they don’t carry something so outdated. Haha! They were able to reset the phone and fix the screen. He even gave us a sim tray for free since the phone was missing it. They stayed in contact the whole time the phone was being serviced. Good price too! Would definitely use them again!
(October 26, 2022, 8:08 pm)I wish I had gone here before buying a cheap phone. This place was the best. I was out of there in half an hour and the guy was so knowledgeable. They changed my screen and my phone works perfectly. Even advised me of a purchase I wanted and the pros and cons. Thank you! Please don't take it personally but I hope that was my last trip! Visit these guys if you have a cracked screen. They are great!

The customer service is unmatched, and the quality of work is high. I couldn't recommend The Phone Techs highly enough. They have gone above and beyond every time I need help.
(August 2, 2022, 6:06 pm)I’ve been so happy with the services here. I saw when this location on Benton opened up and never saw much foot traffic so didn’t think they’d last. When I finally needed my son’s switch to be repaired I realized it was still open. I gave it a shot and was very pleased that the repairs were flawless along with their customer service. And I saw they are quite busy! I’ve since taken a laptop and most recently my iPhone for a broken screen. I’ve been pleased with every service. I really recommend this place to anyone with tech questions or repairs. I’m super grateful they are around and so quick.
