Sophia is excellent at showing us how to nail down our form and is a great trainer overall! I highly recommend it for anyone who doesn’t like to go to the gym and needs that extra motivation😊 Also, the price is reasonable, and I thought it would cost a lot more, but it's only $189 a month for unlimited classes, and the heart thermometer is $120, but they have a 3-month payment plan, so that's helpful🙌🏻 Oh and make sure you sign up at the location because you can't do it on the app!”

“Hello, There is an old roommate of mine who is continuously harassing and stalking me by putting signs on your property in that little patch of grass at the entrance with false claims and profanity on them every few days. I’ve alerted the police already, but she continues to put more signs about every three days. My new roommates and I keep taking them down, but I thought you should be aware that she’s still doing it on your property so you should be informed of all the profanity constantly being put in front of the church. I would love to talk with you guys more and show you the pictures we’ve taken of them in front of your church if you would like. I’m going to go to the court house to get a no contact order as advised by Redmond PD and they advise I talk to you guys as well and see if you’ll report it as well. I’m not sure what else to do about it, but I have a little girl and roommates and we’re all getting very uncomfortable at this point.
