“I have been using this office for the past 3 years now and the staff is always very friendly. The wait time can be a little long some days and when I say long I mean it can be like 45 minutes but for the most part the 15-20 minute wait. They have a TV in the waiting room, comfortable seating, n restroom accessibility in the hallway. The Dr. Is always fun and cheerful, they go above board to meet your needs. I even have some friends who use this facility who were recommended to use them from their out of state Dr.”

“Great place. I loved coming here. The staff if great. Karina, Myriam and Leila always made me feel welcome. Sometimes they would be super busy but managed to keep a smile and help us. Dr. Roloff is great she helped me out with everything i need. My husband is beyond grateful for all the help we received from them. They helped us get through our first pregnancy. We would love to get pregnant again and come back to Dr. Roloff and the girls. I agree with everyone about the service here its AWESOME!!!!! About the disability, well it is only 3 girls there and Dr. Roloff is there once a week. Mine also took 2 weeks but i was understanding of the situation. My sister went to another OB provider that charged her $35 for her disability and took over 3 weeks. And one last thing, the girls are not rude at all. I actually feel sorry for them sometimes with the rude patients they have to deal with and are not understanding of some situations. Thanks again girls. Hope to see you soon.”

From the first instant that I walked into the clinic, I was greeted warmly, asked graciously to put on one of their masks for safety, and get this..... the front desk staff was Genuinely concerned with how I was doing today. I have a HUGE issue with any medical establishment that forgets they're people too. I have worked in Navy Medicine for the last 10 years. Prior to that I was a civilian MA and an LVN. I know it is hard sometimes to smile, check people in, and keep a pleasant disposition so Thank You very much for making that effort. I would also like to compliment RFMG's "closed loop" contact system. They couldn't perform my ultrasound on site. It wasn't even a whole 2 days before Liz from the clinic called and said my Ultrasound results were in and she would be calling me personally once they were reviewed. Same with the labs. I CANNOT Overstate how truely happy I am with the care I have recieved from your team at Rancho Family Medical Group. Especially from my PCM Natalie Nedeau, NP. You couldn't possibly ask for a more helpful, friendly, compassionate, and genuine medical provider. “My visit at image dentistry was lovely. The girls at the front desk were super sweet, very friendly and helpful. I only waited about 15min to be seen I probably would have been seen faster if I would have filled out my forms beforehand on my cellphone regarding new patient information.I hadn't been to a dentist in awhile due to the fact that growing up in an Hispanic family, we were only taken to a dentist if it was something serious at that. So since I didn't really go to the dentist growing up, I carried that bad habit into my adult years. I was a little nervous going into the dental office but the dental assistant that helped me that day made me feel comfortable and reassured. The dentist was very kind and helpful too. I totally recommend this dentistry.”
