“This location is busy and gets very crowded at times. The semi parking is not enforced so trucks park wherever they can fit which makes maneuvering through the lot, rather tricky. There are places to take your dog but not specifically designated for that purpose. The showers were decent, clean and had fully functional faucets. The store is clean and well stocked with one exception, the coffee area. The syrups are sticky, the counters were filthy and the creamer trays were virtually empty. Today, I decided to refill the creamer try myself and was met with a Karen, who had a badge that indicated she worked there, but her work ethic indicated differently. Karen threw a large woman sized tantrum when she saw that someone was doing her job. The rest of the staff was very pleasant. Overall, if this location added security to patrol the parking lot and enforce the rules, along with giving Karen a much needed attitude adjustment, this location would be fantastic!”

“I like Shell gas, this is one of the spots that I hit when Im passing through on the 10 near Morongo. When theres a lot of traffic both this location and the Chevron get really packed full of cars but when Im passing through I usually stop at Morongo for a bite and then stop here or the Chevron to gas up Never had any issues with pumps or anything”

“I do not know how this place has 3.1 stats. Unfortunately Pilots are NOT made equally. But they are a flight above the rest of these truck stops out on the road. The showers are always clean and always smell clean and fresh. The bathrooms are always spotless, even in a rush with loads of people. There is coffee always made the cutest gear and most friendly, professional staff you will ever meet. They work hard and clean hard gladly. I just want to let management know I appreciate you this company and your workers!!...they stand out apart from other Pilots. After a long run I appreciate the acknowledgment and hardworking from your staff with a smile. I always get respect here and it's a second home away from home thank you!! 🙏”

“This station isn't in the best area for a late night stop, but we needed a bathroom and wanted an ice cream treat for the road. When we entered the store we didn't see a sign for the bathroom and asked the clerk behind the counter. He pointed to a door behind the counter that had a piece of cardboard covering the bathroom sign. I guess we looked OK because he motioned for us to come around and opened the door for us. Upon leaving the bathroom we were going to get our ice cream but several people were in the checkout line and the guy at the front of the line was making a scene and getting loud so we bugged out!”
