While I will say that rent is quite high, I will add that it is 100% worth it! At The Monterey, you truly get what you pay for. Lorraine is absolutely AMAZING! She has years of experience and is dedicated to making sure her tenants are satisfied. Everyone in the office is super friendly and welcoming and they LOVE pets! They even provide yoga classes! Although they are still in the development process, I anticipate it will be everything I have pictured when it’s complete. I love it so much here, I’m thinking about upgrading to a 2-bedroom! Thank you to the lovely staff AND friendly neighbors here at The Monterey!”
