This was the second time we ordered a spa cover through the Spa Cover Factory and we did so because we had a good experience the first time, about 7 years ago. We were not disappointed. We ordered our cover late on a Monday, and by Friday morning, a beautiful new cover was delivered and the old one removed! The cover has made a 12 year old spa look new! The covers are great and reasonably priced, well insulated and stand up well. Many of the "extras" you pay for on other sites are included in the price at this company, so be aware of that. The website and order process is very straight forward and the communication is great, keeping one apprised of the status of the order each step of the way. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!
