I am basing my review on the initial sign up. Hannah was incredibly helpful. After reserving a unit online, Hannah gave me a call and let me know of some other options for my needs. She was able to show me a few units that would meet my needs and did so with an upbeat, positive attitude making sure that I was satisfied with the size of the unit I reserved. She explained the rental process clearly and concisely. The facility was clean and well maintained. The price could not be beat either. I walked away very pleased with my experience at this Cube Smart.
Rick was a great help and very friendly, the facility is nice and easily accessible. Our first move in we were pushing the 6 o'clock time frame and Rick even stayed to let us finish
I needed a place to stash most of the contents of my house during a long move, and I was nervous about leaving it in any facility after hearing horror stories about break-ins, but this place is great! The unit we rented was indoors and only accessible through a couple of doors: 2 large roll up doors and a set of doors past a code-required gate. It felt very secure, was climate-controlled, and was super clean. Every staff person I dealt with, including the manager Rick, was super helpful and friendly. Best customer service I've received in a long time! They're access hours have been impacted by county regulations during the pandemic, so be sure to double check that info, but a quick phone call will clear up any confusion. If you ask for clarification on things like your contract terms (like how rent is paid in arrears), you shouldn't have any problems. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
