99 Cents Only Stores

Missing a lot of items this time but over all a pleasant experience. They do not have carts you can push to your vehicle so come prepared to carry bags or pull your car up and load.

This store has some very nice employees and the man that checks me out normally is always very nice and pleasant but I can't think of his name. He's somewhat older gentleman with blonde hair and he's always very kind. Tonight I want to talk about Joseph though because I bought quite a few items and the carts are not able to go out to the parking lot because they have polls attached to keep them from being taken outside of the store. The checker told me it would be fine if I left my items near the front of the store and went and got my car and parked in front so I could load my car up. As I was going to do so when I got to my car I turned around and I saw an employee carrying my items behind me. It was so nice and kind and I was just really surprised to see somebody who went out of their way to help me and it took two trips but he carried all of my items out for me to my car and I offered to help and walk back with him the second time and he told me to just stay and watch the car. It's a small fitting but I feel like those small things are sometimes all somebody needs to help perk up their day or to put them in a better mood and a lot of people these days don't take that extra step in customer service or Just as being a good decent human. 99 cent store has themselves one great employee in Joseph and I will always be sure to say hi when I go into the store. He didn't have to go out of his way and he did and I was a little taken aback at first even by the kindness but the world needs more Joseph's!
