Customer service above and beyond I had s catalytic converter installed March 2020 we are now one year 5 days later and I noticed the hanger was broken from the weld I called the team at West coast muffler 7932 Auburn blvd citrus heights ca and they are taking care of it extremely quick

Took in my 2000 Subaru Impreza Outback, wanted the car to be louder before installing some unequal length headers. These guys knew exactly what they were doing, showed me step by step what they were doing and made sure everything was ok with me. Good strong welds. Cut the muffler clean off and replaced it with a magnaflow muffler that flows and sounds way better than the stock muffler/no muffler. Whole process took less than 30 minutes and was very cheap and well worth it. Will definitely bring any future vehicles here.

Larry and his right hand man (whose name I can’t remember even though I asked him right before I left ) were wonderful! Very professional but also easy-going as well. I needed a new muffler, Tail pipe and resonator. All of that was done in one hour. My Nissan pathfinder drives better than it ever has I highly recommend West Coast muffler.
