Hidden Oaks Apartments

Applying and signing the apt lease was so quick and easy! I was looking for something immediately and Kimberly was able to provide such great assistance through the whole process! The apt was beautifully renovated as well. Don’t be misled by the bad reviews you see on here.

I've been here almost 2yrs. I've had a few problems, but these issues were always handled expediently & successfully. I'm most pleased with the lease office staff, Angela, Logan, Alondra &Vera& Kimberly. Always greeted with kind salutations & smiling faces. Considering this large community of diverse individuals, they are always diplomatic, professional & helpful. I appreciate them all. The maintenance crew are just as kind and I'm grateful for them also. They don't make the rules, they are here to explain them, enforce them & help with all that they can. Thank you guys!

I see alot of negative reviews. I've lived here since 2007. I love it here. It's quiet and peaceful. It's clean. The staff have always been nice and understanding to me. Maintenance has always addressed my issues very quickly. I've never had any pest issues or any abnormal homeless issues. I've always considered this home, and will continue to do so.
