He fixed me up with a couple adjustments and told me some good exercises to strengthen the muscles to keep things in place. He didn't seem interested in having me come back over and over again. This was my second time seeing him in about 20 years. Still a great choice.

Dr. Wayde James is a knowledgeable, skilled, professional chiropractor who has changed my life for the better since my very first adjustment in 2005. He kept me on a good path of occasional adjustments until I got in a car accident a year ago, and I needed his expertise for my acute injuries. He helped me recover from my whip lash while also helping my 82 year old father learn to stand straighter and my sixteen year old football player practice regular stretches and avoid injuries. He has also adjusted my friend from Southern California when she is in town because she finds him more helpful relieving the tightness in her neck than the chiropractor in San Diego.
