Went in for cut, color and highlights. First visit to salon. Tessa did a really nice job. She was able to suggest some things that would enhance color, hair style. Quite pleased with results. She has a good eye for color.

New to this salon, Rachel was my stylist. I’m super happy with her work. She really listened to me and gave me a great cut. Changing stylists is always a challenge but I could not have done better.

I go here every week to get my facials from Brittany. She is very professional and knows exactly what she’s doing. I’ve had multiple facials at other spas and they are nothing compared to the ones she gives. My skin is always left feeling refreshed and cleansed after. I would give 6 stars if I could. Best facial in town.

James was great! Totally loved the experience. I will definitely come back! He dyed my hair great and my hair hasn’t felt this healthy in so long! He trimmed my hair very good as well:)

Okay so a few weeks ago I went to James Mark Salon to get my dark roots touched up and brighten my balayage. I had one of the girls there take care of my hair and I’m not going to say anything rude on here but I’ll just say the aftermath of my hair was not what I wanted. My hair turned orange because of the process that was used so James took over and helped take that out and just added some lighter blonde in to help. It still wasn’t what I originally came in there to get but it was a lot better, they didn’t charge me and he said next time he would again take care of my hair to get it what I wanted. Today I went in to get what I originally had asked to get and my hair is PERFECT! I’m definitely going to be coming back here again and telling anyone living in the Elk Grove area to go there and to see James!!
