I cannot speak highly enough of Jennifer. When we began the search for our forever home, Jennifer was realisitic in regard to our expectations and the status of the market. She made sure to know our "must haves" and features we "ideally" wanted in a home. Jennifer created an online portal for us to view homes within our parameters which was updated on daily. Jennifer was attentive to our needs, booked showings quickly, took our phone calls without delay, etc. She was honest regarding how aggressive we would need to be with offers but also did not push for us to over spend or be out of our comfort zone. It was important to her we felt good about the purchase of our home. Ultimately we found our forever home and Jennifer streamlined the whole process. I felt comfortable and trusted she had our best interest at heart. We LOVE our home!

Jennifer did such a great job we had her sell our old home as well. Again, she was honest and had open communication through the process. She was quick to get it on the market with beautiful photographs and we accepted an offer after one weekend on the market. Unfortunately, through the closing process the buyers agent was being less than honest but Jennifer wasn't having any of it! She handled those issues with such poise and class, she did not allow the other agent to railroad us. Jennifer was able to handle business and we closed on the house.
