Excellent customer service by McKinsey👍👍he truly made me feel like a valued customer....with a little hiccup from the vendor McKinsey went well beyond to make sure my ring came in time and it did....i truly appreciate McKinsey and the whole Kenny G team you guys help made my special day a little less stress and my fiancé loves the ring....again thank you guys

Great service and work. I had a ring that needed to be downsized and a couple diamonds replaced. It was recommended to increase the depth for all the prongs to prevent future loss. The end result was perfect. Very happy with the work done and corrections made.
