Overall extremely happy with my purchase experience here. My girlfriend and I are brand new parents so we wanted something bigger, so we decided on a RAM 1500. I called Elk Grove Dodge and was assisted by Nate who was super helpful and set aside the truck for us right away so that we could test drive it. He was super knowledgeable on all that the truck had to offer. He had an appointment that came in so he introduced us to Coach Hall, who took care of the pricing with us. Coach was super easy going and we never felt pressure to do anything. The finance manager took literally less than 15 minutes and he was a no BS person as well, straight to the point and friendly.
