The inside was cooked perfectly with lots of melted cheese and adequate amounts of eggs and steak. The outside of the tortilla was perfectly toasted and had that great toasted after taste. Outside students were very pleasant and kept things moving appropriately. State of the art temperature scanner greeted me at the door. After getting in the building all students knew their roles and responsibilities at each station stop. Vaccine was quickly given and waiting area was clean.
