“My wife and I walk this trail several times a week. The wildlife is always a pleasant focal point to the daily trips. Keep an eye out for turtles during the warmer days, and sometimes, if you're lucky, you may see an otter! The birds, especially during this time of year are phenomenal! Now that the train trestle upgrade has been completed, the overall experience has been much better than before when crossing under the railroad tracks, which also add a fun experience to the walk if you're lucky enough to be near when a train crosses.”

Ive began to notice that a lot of rolls taste the same at other establishments but there flavors are unique and i can definitely taste the difference .. the bathroom is Immaculate and decorated so nice .. there open late and never close in between lunch and dinner.. the owner is super sweet! “I have been to several different physical therapy centers, and they have been overall good; however, Capitol Physical Therapy Center is by far the best, and the one that has helped me the most on my long road to recovery. All of their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have the extra advantage of having a working relationship with the gym next door, so they incorporate some gym equipment (and swimming pool, but I have not used it) into the physical therapy treatment. I have been able to do some of the therapy using some very beneficial gym equipment (which I truly believe has helped me a LOT). Highly recommend going to them for physical therapy.”

Even though the training is extensive and tiring I find it fun. Much better workout if done everyday, 4 days a week at least, as you get to do cardio, muscle, and simply aerobic workouts.
