(February 5, 2018, 12:52 pm)I went there a while ago and did the 1 1/2 hour class. I was exhausted upon finishing but after a couple weeks I realized I had no pain in my back and legs. I am going back and now realize the benefits.

Perfect way to center yourself, while working your butt off
