Joel is one of the best counselors I have ever spoken to or heard of. My sister and brother in law were going through a very rough patch in their marriage and were separated when they heard about Joel and they decided to go see him. They ended up getting back together and they are happier than ever! I wish I had spoken to Joel before my divorce, but I decided to speak to him anyway as I am in a new relationship and want it to be the best it can be. Joel has a gift for teaching and I have learned so much from him. I highly recommend him to anyone whether you are having trouble in your relationship or not, and it’s definitely better sooner rather than later.

I have been meaning to write this review for quite sometime, and I have finally been able to sit down and gather my thoughts. Before I moved from Fair Oaks, CA after a very messy divorce, I had heard from a good friend of mine about his practice. She told me that he had helped her heal from the loss of a loved one, and felt I may benefit from his help.

A little hesitate (never been to a therapist before) and raw from the pain of the divorce, I called and made an appointment with Joel, not sure what to expect.

From our first call, Joel was considerate, kind, compassionate, and attentive. I had a lot of resentment and anger from the divorce, but Joel helped me find peace. I cannot thank him enough for his expertise and spiritual guidance. I feel that my life has a new meaning, and is truly “mended” as Joel would say. I cannot recommend his practice enough!
