I have been attending counseling with Mary for about 5 years. The level of comfort I have in speaking freely with her and trusting in her opinion and views and tools to navigate through some very difficult issues and life changes has been a life changing thing for me. Mary is a very good therapist. I have worked with her through a number of different personal issues. I think Mary's biggest strength is that she that she has an adaptive approach, and can change how she communicates with clients based on their communication style, which I have found to be rare amoung therapists I have worked with in the past. Mary also creates an environment conducive to getting the help required. Mary and I don't always agree, yet the feedback she gives is always valuable. I also have no doubt that Mary truly wants to help her clients in any way she can, no matter the client or situation. I highly recommend Mary.
