“I had a facial with Annette last week, and it was so spectacular that I must give her a review! From the moment I walked into her office, my senses were aroused- from the hand soap to the bathroom, to the waiting room and treatment room, everything smelled so amazing! Once I was in the chair, she was easy to talk to and very comforting, and while she was giving me a pampering treatment helped me learn about my skin and easy tips to improve my skin with everything I was already doing at home with some slight adjustments. (I.E., no pressure to buy a bunch of products to get great skin, which I have experienced in the past, though she had a ton of wonderful stuff on stock in case I wanted to try something new!) Once I was done I left feeling refreshed, and my skin was the softest it has ever felt. Ever. Truly, she is a master in her art and has many other services then facials (waxing, eyelash enhancements, etc), and I totally recommend that you enjoy this gem in Fair Oaks!”

“Once taken back, very professional treatment focused on me as patient by everyone who I had interface with. However, I was in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time. Just like the doctor and team that took care of me, I am a professional and my time is extremely valuable. I understand getting behind, but no one ever offered an explanation or an apology for why three doctors were so far behind. Good customer/client/patient service would dictate over communication might not have been a bad idea. Having been a patient of numerous Novant physicians and services, this is my first experience of this nature. I struggled in deciding what rating I should give, but decided the rating should reflect my appreciation for the results of the surgical procedure. But I would encourage you to investigate how these incidents could be eliminated or at least handled better.”
