I am a bit concerned with the occupational department because there is a therapist there who will make a scene if your child bites her, hits her or do anything that these children are prone to do. If you do not want to be embarrassed or shamed then I would not recommend the occupational therapy department. If your child is very well behaved then go forward with the O.T. department but if not seek another place where the therapist knows how to respond to behavioral incidents.”

“1st time in. Super great hidden gem! Great coffee and breakfast was actually nice too. Far better than your typical chain and the atmosphere was perfect but not cramped. I could be wrong but, I believe the owner was actually working the counter along with her staff. She was very kind and handed me a free drink pass! That was was wayy cool! I will definitely be back! The only slight con, was there was no sign on the parking lot side of the building.That would really help newcomers. Thanks!”

“This place is like family. Small group workouts with coaches that know what they're doing, are highly trained, and super encouraging. All coaches always check in with you to make sure you're accommodated for any injuries you may have. Workouts are great and always fly by! The variety of classes is a plus and LIFT is one of my favorites. Great communication from owners. I love this place and have made some lifelong friends in the process. Thank you Kaia!”
