Dr Young is always fantastic. Explains things well, is conservative with treatment, and his staff is extremely competent. The front office staff is prepared with a quote when you walk in so there are no surprises, the assistants are caring and kind. Even though root canals are notorious for being awful the staff makes the experience dare I say, enjoyable. Thanks for taking such great care of your patients!

Had my first root canal today. The office staff was great. Dr. Scott was amazing. He explained the procedure and asked if I had questions. The procedure lasted about an hour. The worst part was the injection which was brief. After a few moments letting the anesthetic do it thing Dr. Scott started. He updated me with what he was doing. Before I knew it, I was done. I was given aftercare instructions and sent on my way. The whole process was nearly painless. The time in the chair was nothing but small vibrations and a bit of pressure. Extremely pleased with the entire process.

The staff and Dr. Young were very nice. Calm and soothing office environment. The root canal consult was done in the morning and options thoroughly explained. Because I was going out of town they found an opening in the afternoon to do the root canal procedure. From start to finish about one hour. Dr. and assistant were as gentle as they possibly could be and asked several times was I okay. This was my second time here and both times were a positive experience. Also, the staff was able to determine insurance share and my share of the cost within a couple hours.

Relaxing environment and friendly professional staff. Every person in the office was happy and quick to assist me. The root canal was quick and the Doctor kept me aware of each step. His calm, friendly and professional demeanor put me at ease. I have had a positive experience and would recommend Creekside Endodontics to anyone needing their services.
