Just received my custom ring I had been working on with Pam. What a great experience. Pam helped get the spacing of my stones just right. Picking exactly the right stones within my budget and had it ready early. Their in house jewler did a fantastic job on my ring. Definitely nice to shop with little BS. They don’t trying to up sale on other item. No pressure shopping is my type of shopping.

We are grateful their jeweler is an exceptionally gifted craftsman. They took my wife’s original wedding band (which we’d upgraded from over the years) and transformed it into an amazing set of earrings and matching solitaire pendant. Every event she wears them to people ask who the designer is and adore them. Fair pricing (in our opinion not pricey enough for their quality of work) and amazing customer service.
You won’t walk in to a bunch of sparkle and bright lights dazzling you like a chain jeweler in the mall, but their workmanship and knowledge is a rare find.

My husband called around to get quotes for resizing a ring (size down) and Mon Bijou was the best price in town! I brought in three rings total and they were all completed same day! Also the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We are pleased to have found this place after a negative experience at another jeweler in town. Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Jewelry shop! I first met Pam when she was located in Town Center in El Dorado Hills. Pam has not only a beautiful shop with floors she designed & hand painted herself, but she also cares about her customers to the extent she comes in even when feeling under the weather to accommodate a clients schedule.

Her custom jewelry is one of a kind & she can sometimes get something done the same day if her jewelers schedule allows. I have taken a few pieces of jewelry here to be repaired and/or consigned and I have not once been disappointed. Pam will definitely go way out of her way to help you with your jewelry selection, concern or special circumstances
involving a custom piece.
I recently brought in a diamond band my other half had purchased from a well known jeweler in Walnut Creek, and asked Pam to give me her thoughts. She gave me great advice and some stunning ideas on how I could have it turned into a necklace/pendant or earrings. Pam is definitely creative when you want to keep an item due to sentimental value, but don't want it as it is. I am excited to see how some items are transformed by Pam and her staff.
