(June 1, 2021, 10:18 am)Awesome people I’ve been away from an army base for almost a year now for Recruiting assignment. The environment of teamwork and pursuit of fitness goals reminds me of the camaraderie that you’d find on an Army base. This is my second trial week here, definitely recommend if you want to be with like minded people that push and motivate you.

I've been to a few bootcamp/Crossfit gyms, but I feel like the coaches here really know how to help me with mobility and other issues to perfect my squat and olympic lifts. Also, you couldn't ask for a warmer group of people to workout with! The clientele are supportive and encouraging.

It has everything including a helpful and sweet staff. Keep up the great work !!!
