(March 16, 2020, 1:42 am)John and his team are very professional. John was insighful with his recommendations, while saving us money on the coverings installed on the 30 windows in our new home. We were surprised when the factory built only half of the plantation shutters with a bi-fold (upper & lower panel split). John quickly returned the effected panels to the factory for adjustment. The adjustments were made and we are happy with the outcome. I carefully researched Hunter Douglas vendors in the Sacramento region and I'm very pleased I selected John and his team.
