(March 21, 2023, 2:47 pm)I lived here for over 3 years, and let me just say - WOW. They have the most friendly and attentive staff, which automatically makes living here a huge plus. If you have an issue, they make it their number 1 priority to fix it. There’s a pool, outdoor rec areas, BBQs, etc., and they are all in great condition and ready to use at all times. The location is right in the heart of Folsom, so it’s close to awesome restaurants, bars, and shopping. If you are looking to move somewhere in Folsom, I genuinely recommend this place.
(March 21, 2023, 2:47 pm)Moved here just recently. Very private and quiet. Beautiful grounds. Parking not congested as most apartments are. Staff in the office are friendly and helpful.

I recommend it. It has an amazing location. Quiet neighborhood in a very nice part of Folsom. You can travel the neighborhood or it's 4 minutes to the freeway.
The pool area is very nice. They have a dry sauna (which I miss a lot) I think the price is reasonable (for what and when I paid)
I had a good experience. The one drawback would be when I was living there, the residents left trash everywhere but the trash can. So I guess that's more on the residents I share space with, but also the management manages. Manage it. It never got managed in my time staying.
Seriously though, that sauna and pool area is very nice. If that's a selling feature for you, this one sells hard :)
