    I have known Sterling Watkins for over 40 years. During this time he has been my agent on several of our home transactions. I have never seen anything but the upmost professionalism come from him regardless of the situation that arises. What I appreciate the most about Sterling, is his seemingly endless patience when it comes to answering the many questions that some of his clients, (like me) post for him.     We sold our last 2 homes through Sterling. Sterling (& his wife Claire) are great folks to work with & we recommend them to potential Sellers & Buyers alike! Thanks to Both for a very smooth, seamless sale of our homes!

    Very systematic, responsive, he let us go through each step of the sale with a calm demeanor all the way through the sale. Sterling sets an aggressive price and is willing to take our inputs / feedback and set the Sale terms accordingly. He would alert us to key points of the contract as needed to bring those to our attention.

    Sterling also guided us many weeks with potential homes to buy as we got our home ready for sale. He helped us with a great staging company and a photographer that were also instrumental in the sale of our home at the right price.     Overall a great experience (except that we were leaving our Home of many years to move onward) - Thanks Sterling, Claire!

    Sterling has sold two homes for me, a rural home on acreage in 2014 and a suburban ranch style house in 2018. I was super happy with the price I got for both properties. Each sale had it's issues and Sterling handled every thing with ease. Claire was also helpful with all of the paperwork and coordination and they are both very pleasant people to work with. I no longer live in California, but if I ever need a realtor in his area of operation again, I wouldn't even consider anyone other than Sterling. He is the best!

    Working with Sterling was a pleasant experience. He was professional, patient with my questions and requests, he researched the market so that my house was appropriately priced (which resulted in an offer in just three days of posting), he was helpful, candid, and keep my interests/needs in mind when fielding the numerous offers I received on my house. In addition, his fees were very reasonable and I received top notch service. Once I sold my house, he also represented me when I bought a new house. I would highly recommend Sterling as either (or both) a seller's and buyer's agent.

    I had Sterling as my broker for selling my house. He offers full service with very competitive fees. What I like the most is the communication, Sterling listens and make sure all my questions/concerns get addressed. He also provides options and go over the trade offs to help me make better decision. He also constantly provides the property feedback during listing period. I took fully advantage on Sterling's years of experiences in real-estate industry. Highly recommended.
