Sterling has sold two homes for me, a rural home on acreage in 2014 and a suburban ranch style house in 2018. I was super happy with the price I got for both properties. Each sale had it's issues and Sterling handled every thing with ease. Claire was also helpful with all of the paperwork and coordination and they are both very pleasant people to work with. I no longer live in California, but if I ever need a realtor in his area of operation again, I wouldn't even consider anyone other than Sterling. He is the best!
Working with Sterling was a pleasant experience. He was professional, patient with my questions and requests, he researched the market so that my house was appropriately priced (which resulted in an offer in just three days of posting), he was helpful, candid, and keep my interests/needs in mind when fielding the numerous offers I received on my house. In addition, his fees were very reasonable and I received top notch service. Once I sold my house, he also represented me when I bought a new house.
