In a nutshell; great food, great atmosphere, good service and no problems at all with parking.
A really nice plaza that features really good food. Went on a Saturday evening and it wasn't that busy so got seated easily. Food didn't take long at all and it tasted delightful. The name of the place certainly fits. Parking was no hassle at all. Overall it's a nice place to try their ramen and other food choices.
First of all, this isn't your traditional ramen shop. You won’t find the deep flavor that comes from a broth based on pork belly, and the soy sauce-based ramen is rather bland.
However, I would say it’s a decent spot for fusion ramen. My go-to dish is the Quartz Creamy Sauce. If you enjoy creamy flavors, I’d recommend this fusion-style ramen. If you like it spicy, you can add some spicy sauce to your liking. The portion is enough for one adult, but if you want to feel fuller, you can order extra noodles to make the meal more substantial.
The burn here is delicious. I highly recommend trying it.
While some staff members are friendly, there are also a few who are not as pleasant.
Once again, RAKKAN was able to deliver very good results. I tried their Asian Spicy Ramen. It is a Shio Ramen base with some Thai cuisine twist into it. Overall it is a good bowl of ramen, the only recommendation that I have is that they could add a bit more lemon to make it more refreshing.
