Plank Craft Kitchen + Bar

Went in today and the food was awesome. We ordered the prime rib dip w/fries and burger sliders. My daughter said it's her new favorite place. we loved it and will be back! The food was delicious ♡♡♡

Excellent food, I got the plank burger with tots. The burger was excellent, the brioche bun was toasty and had crispy edges, the pickles seemed home made, and the bacon was crispy but not over cooked.
The house sauce on the burger had a slight bit of spice to it which was also excellent.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review is just the vibe of the restaurant could be better. Kind of bland and average art/style in the building, and your typical upbeat pop music playing. Not terrible, but not exactly on bar with the food quality.

Didn't know what to expect. But, bar food only "elevated".
Super tender calamari, great buttermilk chicken sandwich. Everything is well seasoned and flavorful. Bartender was polite, funny and helpful. Welcome addition to Old Folsom.

Ambiance was cool (sat outside). Some of the decor was okay BUT the service was good and the drinks and food were good. Monique was an efficient server who was direct and on it. She was around at the right times and at the wrong times she would disperse. We recommend her asking for her 👍.
The sliders are amazing and the steak sand (temperature was off but pairings compensated) was yum. Try the maple old fashion.
