“I had a very unpleasant experience with a colonoscopy some years ago (with a Dr. from this practice but a different endoscopy center). My experience this time, however, was completely different. I chose a different Dr. (Dr. Pecha) & he was straightforward, very attentive & addressed my concerns. The office staff are unbelievably incredible! Very knowledgeable; explaining things clearly, patient, accessible, quick to respond. I really don't throw praise around like this often, but they completely took the stress out of something I had anticipated to be very unpleasant. If only we could all find a general practitioner with a staff of such stellar quality !”

“My wife is grateful to be a fairly new patient to Dr. Fortune. Good experience/s, friendly staff, doctor is knowledgable, helpful, and caring. The office is easy to locate. Recommended. One star less because of the frequency of visits for new patients which may be a burden to a busy schedule, and also because of an insurance issue that took longer than necessary to clear up, preventing my wife from receiving care. Eventually appointments become normal monthly visits.”

From the moment I walked in I was treated with compassion, respect, friendliness, understanding & I could go on & on but these words don’t do your experience justice. “Dr. Hendrickson is awesome. I had a procedure done due to pain in my lower back and he was so comforting. As everyone knows when it comes to needles men (as myself) are the biggest babies haha. However, needless to say the whole procedure was painless and quickly performed. I don’t wish pain upon no one but if you need a pain specialist with a staff that is kind and helpful I personally recommend this team.”

“l left him for a few months but I am returning because I couldn't find anyone else better. He is extremely smart and knowledgeable. Sorry for leaving Dr. Jay. He is not afraid to take the extra effort. (I have a brain tumor).”

“I have been a patient of Dr J for 3 or 4 years. I find him extremely thorough and a good listener. The practice staff has always been courteous and very responsive. On a couple of occasions when I have needed an urgent consultation I have been able to get same day appointments with a medical staff member. Most recently a tele call within an hour….I am extremely happy with the overall service provided particularly when I hear stories from friends who wait weeks for appointments with their Doctors”

“I was disappointed with Costco in some ways but it’s a huge improvement over the audiologist I went to five years go. My Dr. recommended the audiologist so I went there unquestioningly and wound up with hearing aids that were extremely expensive and nearly useless. With hearing aids, the customer has almost no information. I read as much as possible but could find only generalities and audiologists claiming that the quality of the examination is what counts. The Costco exam was much more thorough than the audiologist’s. It took four times as long and got pretty boring, actually. My hearing aids are a lot better than the old ones and cost 2/3s as much. What part of the difference is Costco vs. local rip off artist and how much is cheaper and better technology I have no way of knowing. The warranty is much better – 6 months vs. 6 weeks. Service is much better – with a simple problem, I can wander in there any time and get it tended to. You can even get help on Sunday, but I think you need to call beforehand to be sure. I would definitely go back to Costco again. That said, my experience was not all I’d hoped. Be aware whether the prices you see are for a pair or an individual unit. The aids I bought were priced by the each and cost more than I’d hoped. I use Bluetooth a lot and was warned that this would reduce battery life to only about a week. Batteries last 2½ days. They showed me a neat feature using your iPhone to adjust the coverage area in restaurants so you can hear a person across the table better. I expected my hearing aids to do that. They don’t. That feature may be more of a toy than anything useful but I have no way of knowing.”
