I am new to the area and had to look for a new doctor. The office staff is very friendly and the nurse practitioner I used was very helpful and listen to my concerns very closely. I would recommend this doctor’s office to anybody.

I had two appointments with FNPs in Galt, one in Feb with E. Bennett & one May in May with D. Ortiz. Both of these people are pleasingly personable, professional and excellent. Their follow-up was perfect. I could not ask for better healthcare.

I really like the galt office but whoever answers the phone for the Elk Grove office is AWFUL and rude gave me attitude from the get go then cancelled my sons appointment because I said there had to be a mistake with billing then goes well you’ve received 3 notifications so it can just go to collections actually I never received a single one and it was really nice of her to cancel an appointment on my son who was literally bawling because his ear was bothering him so what could have been a 30$ copay turned into a couple hundred dollar ER visit. The galt office is Awesome as always the drs are amazing and kind the guy who does reception is really cool steer clear of the elk grove office BUT 5 stars for galt for sure.

I love this Doctors office, The staff are very nice and make things very easy when you go there. They work with you if there are problems with your insurance and work with you for payments. I had them my whole pregnancy and when my work changed insurance company's and I started paying out of pocket for a different one so my daughter can still go see her doctor who help deliver her.
