The vet staff is amazing and explained everything very well. My puppy is nervous around new people but warmed up to them so quickly. Love this vet office and will definitely be taking all my dogs there from now on. Prices are really good

We had to euthanize our dog quickly because she was suffering and since we're relatively new to the area we hadn't found a vet yet that we really liked. Country Oaks was able to squeeze us in quickly the day we called. The staff was patient, the room was lovely and clean and calming, and the procedure was done with respect and grace. They made what was inevitably going to be a traumatic event into something that I can actually look back and feel some peace and comfort in because of how well taken care of my girl was. We had to put down a member of our family. Bailey who was a wonderful 15 year old black lab. My wife and daughter stayed in the room and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of our dog all the way to the end. You guys are the best!
