I visited this Verizon store and appreciated how kind and helpful the employee was. There was only one person working at the time I arrived but she was very helpful.

The gentleman that helped me was very nice and polite and he explained to me everything I needed to know. Service is great and thank you very much and I’m looking forward to staying around your service for a while. Thank you.

It was my second purchase in less than a week. First, I ungraded my iPhone followed by an iPad upgrade. The staff were extremely attentive to helping me accomplish my upgrades. I am definitely technologically challenged as a factor of being over 65! They were all very patient and kind.
