“Ordered the Chevelle 30in stool and was told item would take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery which was fine. The cushion received had some small tears on the exterior that were highly visible. Left message with Bowtie and initially gave them 2 stars for my dissatisfaction with the end product due to the tears. Mara from Bowtie called and had initiated a replacement be sent to me immediately. Received it 9 days later and once again I inspected it right out of the box but this time it was a flawless product. Although the first item was damaged, I believe it to probably be a lone, outlier event. I'm very pleased with the efforts involved to replace the original cushion. The finished stool looks great sitting in the garage and I'm looking forward to seeing it used for many years to come.”
