Wonderful customer service! Was greeted the moment I walked in the door. Asked if they could repair a missing screw on my aviators ( purchased elsewhere) and replace the lens and she took it right into the back and fixed it for me in 5 minutes. Didn't charge me a thing. Very nice to know that small businesses are still offering such great service. I'll go back there when I need new glasses, they had a large selection.

I’m so happy with my experience here! I was in and out in 10 minutes, and it was a very inexpensive fix. I drove all the way from Rocklin and it was worth it.

This place is awesome. Busted my glasses. Kaiser told me to I should have originally bought two pairs and showed me the door. PRO-OP said to come right in. An hour and a half later, my glasses were fixed better than new.

My only complaint: what do you do for an hour and a half when you can’t see well enough to drive? Sleep in your car in the PRO-OP parking lot. Ha!
