  Got an Estimate. They are very thourough. Left our RV for some repairs to flooring and shades. We update when work is completed.

  I had a appt to have my 04 gear box looked at i was late to the appt. And they still can out and looked at it and got me a estimate. They are all very professional and have amazing customer service the lady at the desk brought water out for my son and I as they were doing the estimate. Best rv repair in California highly recommend them.

  So grateful for Specialized RV!! They were recommended to us by Battleborns batteries for our battery upgrade and solar install. What a great job they did! Their attention to detail, knowledge, and commitment to excellence was second to none. They actually approach the job as if it were their coach, and truly care about the customer! Highly recommend!

  Wanted to take some time to write this review on this awesome company, Specialized RV in Sacramento. I rely mostly reviews to be able to make an informed decision about one thing or another. I personally have written several reviews, some good and some not so good.
  
  When seeking out someone to perform all the renovations on our then 2 year old motorhome (don’t judge, we love our floor plan), after reading the numerous reviews, it was no doubt that Allen and Rachellee at Specialized RV were going to be the chosen ones.
  
  Last December we took it in with a quite large hit list, some small but mostly big things. We were very specific of our wants and we are huge on customer service (that was ultimately the reason we picked them). We did the walk through, there were things that were recommended based on their experience and there were some things, that although they had not done it before, they were all in.
  
  The main reason that they are able to live up to their outstanding reviews on service is that Allen and Rachellee keep very few select employees on hand that specialize in what they do. Very low overhead and only take in a few rigs at a time. This way they are able to focus their time on those rigs. They do not advertise and they are ALWAYS full and busy, in fact, we waited two months after our initial meeting to start the work.
  
  The items on our list was to put an outdoor entertainment system in (originally not there), replace all flooring, put a tilt bed in (very challenging and complex), remove all decals and paint graphics then clear coat the entire rig. We had an automatic shade for the front shield and installed side shades (was a curtain originally), had a complete matrix system installed, recessed the stove and had a custom cover to match our counter to provide a more clean and useable space. New and improved macerator, backsplash, chrome side mirrors, sound bar in living room and outdoor LED lighting. There were littler things (detailed things) as well.
  
  The three top things on our list… the bed, originally we had maybe 12 inches at the foot of the bed and closet, with the slide out, since the tilt bed was installed we gained an additional 18 inches, huge improvement; outdoor entertainment system (very strange and scary to see a huge and I mean huge hole in the side of your rig when not originally there). This was a huge upgrade, we had Allen and his team install the 40” TV on a drop down mounting bracket. It drops the TV about 11” which is much easier to watch especially for my husband who has Vertigo; and finally the paint. Our rig was very common and generic looking, no personality, mostly beige. This was a fun process to watch, due to not technically getting a full body paint job done, we were kind of at the limitations of what they could do with covering up the “halos” of the old decals. We asked Allen to come up with a design and they did not disappoint!
  
  Allen and Rachellee were INCREDIBLE to work with. They provided feedback and suggestions based on their knowledge and experience, they sent us updates every week, “Photo Friday”, and they were very upfront and honest with the entire process.
  
  We highly recommend Specialized RV, Allen and Rachellee, as your go to for any RV work that you want or need. Thank you so much for all of the time spent to make our home away from home truly our home.
