Five Star Water Heater Services

We called Five Star and scheduled an appointment the next day. Learned that the pilot light was going out. Received a quote for a new one and scheduled the installation the next day. Petr called and asked if the water heater could be installed today instead of the next day due to scheduling changes with other clients. Install started at 6:30 pm and Petr stayed until it was finished. Excellent service.

I called Five Star yesterday around 3PM, he came within two hours and had my water heater replaced by 8PM. He worked fast, and was very professional. I am so happy to have hot water again! I highly recommend this business.

I have two water heaters and one of them broke and flooded my garage. I contacted the company and Peter first called me on the phone to understand the problem and was able to come out the same day to give me and estimate. During the estimate he took his time to install a bypass of the broken water heater so that way I could use the other. This was before I accepted his proposal. He clearly communicated the cost and talked with me about the various options I could install and the pros and cons for each option. Decided to use them over other business because of how kind and transparent they were. Would definitely recommend to others.

Peter and his crew were very friendly. Listened to my concerns about getting my new water heater installed in the same day because of my work schedule. They were able to inspect my old water heater and replace it in the same day AND for a reasonable price! I will definitely use them again for any other plumbing needs I may have in the future.
