*UPDATE*
I greatly appreciate Paisley’s reply and understand that times are hard and staffing is an extremely difficult part of being a business owner right now.
I have changed my rating to 4 stars because of this swift reply, and hope that Paisley will take my suggestion to heart and just post on their instagram when problems like this happen, I feel it is helpful for them as well as the people that love to eat there to be open and transparent like they were with their reply. Just a simple instagram story saying sorry closing early due to staffing issues would be amazing and help save us all from the stress.
I really do hope things get better for Paisley and again appreciate their response.

food is good but this restaurant is not run consistently, multiple times we drive all the way out there and they have either closed early, have a sign saying going to close early no more tables, or say closed for private party. They have also said conflicting things over the phone vs in person, like no to go orders for that day over the phone, but in person said to go orders were good, and then while in the restaurant I overheard them again over the phone say no to go orders.
I just ask for consistency from this restaurant and then i’ll change my review. Maybe even update instagram when changes happen?

Usually when I order takeout at other locations, they really skimp on the serving.
I love how Paisley filled up my large plate very, very well. Food is hearty, flavorful, and delicious! I tend to add salt to my food too, but I didn’t have to this time. Well seasoned! Good job, ladies!! Also, customer service is 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 very friendly staff. Keep up the good work y’all and be blessed 🙌🏻☝🏻🙏🏻

Excellent service for our family of 5 all under 5 years old. Food was so good, really homemade cooking and large portions. We will be back!!

The vegan food was delicious! So nice to have so many different vegan options and especially brunch! So glad I discovered this place, only wish it was closer to home. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.
Yes it was closed to inside dining and only option was food "to-go", but we were able to sit outside and enjoy the nice day. Understandable during this tough staffing and pandemic time.
