I bought a Tesla S 100% remotely. Eco Drive made the process very smooth and simple. They took care of all documentation very fast and sent the car all the way to the Midwest at a very reasonable cost. They got a professional inspection of the car prior shipping and sent the report with all the paperwork as well . I highly recommend this dealership , very knowledgeable on Tesla cars.
The Review is for Simon Yahushev with EcoDriveUSA. I normally like to purchase my cars directly from the owner as I get a sense for how well cared and maintained the car was along with it's history. Since I firmly believe we all need to do our part for the climate crises that is at our doorstep we've been a fully electric family for the past 8 years. We been transitioning to Telsa's now as the prices have been coming down. We saw an Ad for a Model S, that was in great condition even though it had a lot of miles on the car. When we got to the dealership, we were met with a friendly smile from Simon, who simply said, "let me get you the keys". After a quick test drive, we thought the car would be perfect for our family. We liked the fact that the Car had a "new or refurbished" battery that tested well and had been inspected by EcoDrive's partner company EVs Republic who are quite capable of all Tesla repairs.
Before leaving we learned of a potential issue with the cars battery performance that seemed contradictory to earlier tests of the battery. It was decided to do some low level charging and see if this re-balancing would bring it back within the spec. promised at sale. True to his word, Simon received the car back and performed additional testing from EVs Republic to determine that the issue was something else that was causing the battery to be under performing. They had the battery cooling pumps replaced and the car is now working well. In this day and age, I've come to respect when people simply do as they promise and stand by their word. Simon and EcoDriveUSA have been extremely honest, respectful and are clearly looking at the big picture which is to build relationships and a brand. I've decided that EcoDriveUSA and EVs Republic will be our GoTo dealership and Tesla service center.
Although this my was my first experience with Eco Drive I was very impressed and would highly encourage you to stop by as they met all my needs from start to finish!
I had a family member recommend Eco drive to me and decided to trust them and I don’t regret it. They had a very knowledgeable staff that was extremely helpful. I found the same exact car I wanted at a better price than the other dealership I was looking at. Thanks for the help Eco Drive!
