There was a minor hiccup on my end with the transaction, but Mercedes International was very understanding and patient with me while I reorganized some information. They held the part for me until everything was good to go. Another thing: EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION!! They ALWAYS got back to me the same day, or early the day after, if I reached them after hours. They made the process painless...thanks so much to the team at Mercedes International! Highly recommend...
