Chef Guillermo fearlessly started his restaurant in the midst of the pandemic. Existing restaurants have a big challenge negotiating during these times, but Playa Linda del Carmen is betting against the odds.

It's a good bet. Originally from Yucatan, Chef Guillermo's culinary mastery goes beyond his native land and explores flavors and techniques found in Central and South American countries. At trip to Latin X is like a international trip without needing a passport.

I've not doubt that one you try this place, it's be part of your go-to destinations and earn a place in your rotation.

The food is good the owner is Kool and the place is comfy. their is outside seating. It is a Great option Give it a try.

From the minute you enter to order your food, theres a wonderful, warm aroma that practically made my mouth water. The servings were SO professionally prepared, delicious, and satisfying! I will DEFINITELY be back...I'd post photos of my food, but once I opened that container, I couldn't stop myself long enough to take one!

Very neat and accessible place. They offer big meals and for affordable rates. We enjoyed the meals a lot and the staff were super amiable and chatty. Will definitely recommend this spot.

What a nice addition to my taco circuit of restaurants. This little gem in Rio Linda is worth the trip. There food is on point and you will not spend a small fortune either. The staff is supper friendly and go out of their way to make your experience a good one...we will be making more than a few pilgrimages to this place...the tacos were excellent.
