  I started training at Muay Thai Lao a month ago. This is my first experience with a martial art; I’ve already learned a lot of information and feel far more confident in a short period of time.
  
  It is a good mix of physical fitness and technique work. The instructors are all very personable and will break things down easier for you to understand, the students are all very kind and welcoming and everybody creates a good family environment.

  Hands down best gym. Everyone is very welcoming and they treat you like family. No egos just pure muay thai and good vibes. Just started going a week ago with no experience at all and the coaches were very patient with me and helped me with my technique during each session. If you’re thinking about doing muay thai I highly recommend this gym, you won’t regret it. This place already feels like home and I’ll be here for a long time.

  I’ve tried a couple different Muay Thai gyms over the years but Muay Thai Lao is hands down the best. They have a very friendly and positive environment and you really feel like part of a team. I have plantar fasciitis which makes it very difficult to do jump rope or run. The coaches here are very understanding and modified my workout to ensure I still get cardio while protecting my foot. After being out of Muay Thai for almost a year because of health issues these guys are getting me back in shape and I’m having a ton of fun hitting things again! lol

  The coaching staff is extraordinary at making sure you’re learning proper technique. Whether you’re looking for an alternative to your fitness regiment or want to become a nak muay (fighter) MTL will take care of you!

  This place is phenomenal; everyone (coaches and students) is so welcoming, encouraging, and kind. I had no experience in Muay Thai prior to coming to this gym and that didn't change how they viewed me. There is absolutely no judgment in this gym (except maybe for the type of anime you watch ;p). I have received so much guidance from the people here and I can feel myself getting stronger and better after each class. Everyone here is becoming like family and I'm so thankful for this place. After a hard day at work, this is the one thing that I do for myself to relieve stress, build confidence, and improve my game. Not to mention it's a killer workout ;)
