Kenny does an excellent job of showing you where you're holding tension and not only helps you to release it, but teaches you how to do it yourself. Just a couple sessions in and my neck pain has been substantially reduced!
I have been immensely fortunate to work with Kenny, and I highly recommend him. Over the course of my time working with Kenny he offered a variety of valuable treatment techniques and well-being tools. Kenny introduced me to Wim-Hof breathing which is a practice I still maintain on a daily basis. He taught me several nerve glides which were enormously helpful in alleviating nerve compression. Kenny educated me on the benefits of cold exposure and coached me through my first ice bath which was a transformative experience. Kenny looks at the body holistically and is continually learning and exploring new ways to promote complete health and wellness which was a refreshing and effective alternative to treatment I received from traditional medical practitioners. Working with Kenny changed how I view wellness and the techniques he taught me have become essential daily routines for maintaining my well-being.
These sessions are essential. You need them, your family needs them, your friends need them. You wouldn’t believe the differences you could make in your life with just 2 sessions. I went from stomach pain, back pain, headaches, high anxiety, the feeling of not breathing deep enough, dizziness to feeling like I’m 5 years younger. I have more energy, I sleep better, I feel hungry in my day, I don’t have any stomach issues.
Sometimes we feel like we are much sicker than we actually are when a lot of what we experience is stress related. Learning how to undue years of stress and trauma is never taught to us. I can go from feeling a migraine to feeling like running a mile with what I learn. I have neck pain that I thought would need ibuprofen or pain killers to work through. Ken taught me how to manage those tensions and regulate my body with exercises.

Amazing work! Helped me make it through my academy without using pain meds like other classmates. I’ve been working with him for 3 years and it blows my mind how much my posture has changed, along with eliminating the small joint pains that thought you couldn’t get rid of.
