“Our recent anniversary dinner at THAI - The House of Authentic Ingredients in Sacramento was a delightful experience, especially for us vegetarians who love Thai cuisine. Ambiance: 4/5 The restaurant boasts a warm and cozy charm. It features a bar area, adding to the overall vibe. They also have patio dining, which we didn’t opt for due to the cold weather. Inside, the space felt a bit cramped as the tables were quite close to each other, but this is a minor point when weighed against the delicious food and awesome service. Service: 4/5 The service was commendable, particularly our server Connor, who was friendly and responsive. The initial oversight with eggs in our vegetarian order was quickly rectified. While there isn’t a separate kids’ menu, the staff was accommodating in adjusting the spice levels to suit the kids’ preferences. Food: 4/5 • Pad Thai (For Kids): Tasty and kid-friendly. • Green Curry: aromatic and flavorful, this dish was a delight. • Pineapple Fried Rice: a delightful sweet-savory balance. • Pad Kee Mao: The highlight of our meal, perfectly spiced and packed with fresh veggies and tofu. We ordered our dishes at a 5/10 spice level but plan to try a spicier version next time. The portion sizes were generous, providing great value for the price. Parking: They have separate free parking available across the street, which was quite convenient. Overall, THAI - The House of Authentic Ingredients is a great spot for authentic Thai cuisine. We definitely plan to revisit, perhaps trying the outdoor patio when the weather is warmer.”

“The guys are very detailed and honest with the car inspection. They are clear with explanations of vehicle problems. The work is done promptly with customer needs in mind. I have never felt taken advantage of or ripped as I have felt in the past with other mechanics. I am also very pleased with their warranty. “Dr. Studley is amazing! I have been seeing him off and on for several years specifically for Active Release Therapy (ART) for chronic issues I have. He is very engaging and listens to my complaints and adjusts his treatment accordingly. He doesn't try to upsell AT ALL and he is extremely honest and will never recommend more sessions than you actually need. I have referred several friends ranging from pregnant ladies up to elderly patients and everyone has been thrilled with their treatments and felt major relief after minimal treatments. Dr. Studley's office manager, Kelly, is extremely professional and always helpful when trying to schedule appointments that work into my schedule. 10/10 recommend!”

“Sequoia md, specially Kristen has been an absolute god send. I’ve struggled with doctors pushing and pulling me around to the ‘right’ path in regards to medication and addiction therapy. After being seen by Kristen nearly monthly for about 3 years, my medications are under control, to say I’m not on all the medications I was on when I came to her. She cropped out all the medication that was doing more harm than good and got me on a good regimen on the minimal amounts that I need without forcing these decisions on me. She guided me and assisted me to the right decision and allowed me to make the informed decision. Being an addict, regardless of how long I have been sober it is important to me to have some semblance of control on my medication, like I said she has allowed me to make the correct informed decision. I’ve been taken off about 90% of the non essential medications that I was told by other doctors outside of sequoia who misdiagnosed me and I have to say I feel better now than I have in over a decade. Relationships with my family and friends are being repaired and I can think clearly and am happy. Sequoia staff will be there for you in your darkest hours. My family sees the old me shining through not the medicated and out of it person I was while using the copious amounts of medications that were prescribed irresponsibly by other doctors I was on that was fogging my thoughts and actions. I’m sharp and quick witted and capable of being the man I want to be. I was over prescribed extremely high doses of psych meds and not monitored at all for about a decade, over the last 3 years I’ve seen Kristen she has weaned me down slowly, efficiently and safely to bring the best version of myself to the forefront. Very little to no withdrawals or unpleasant side effects following her course of action. You are never in the dark and you are in the loop the entire time during your treatment plan. I trust Kristen and sequoia with an unwavering certainty that Kristen and the office want what’s best for me, proof is in the results that they have accomplished with me. Trust the process; it will pay off. The gift of knowing your doctors care for you and getting my life back is a gift that can never be repaid. If there is any doubt in your mind know sequoia has the experience and expertise to help you in a professional and personal way to see you through your troubles and be with you every step. “I just had Moh's surgery one day ago with Dr. Youker. She is the most amazing Doctor I have ever encountered. She is so compassionate and kind and explains everything she does. This is the second time I had this kind of surgery and the first time I was not so fortunate to have such a wonderful Doctor. Although still swollen there is no pain nor was there any pain from the 4 stages to remove the basil cell cancer. She noticed another potential basil cell in proximity. She biopsied and did the Moh's on that as well. I am totally amazed on how she stitched together the cuts. The stitching is remarkable. Not only is she an excellent surgeon but her reconstruction if the wounds were beautiful as well. In addition. The nurses that assisted her were very charming and kind as well. I highly recommend her for your Moh's surgery.”

We moved from the Bay Area not knowing much about Sacramento but he took the time to drive us around the Sacramento region to make sure we explored all options. She initially rescheduled my appointment because I scheduled a peel in the summer, which is a no-no for peels. It was absolutely worth the wait, since later I heard from numerous estheticians and researched that peels can make melasma worse if the skin after a peel is exposed to sun, and with the hot summers in Sacramento, a peel would have ruined my skin. “I recently visited Giovanni's Old World New York Pizzeria in East Sacramento and let me tell you, this place is the real deal. You know it's a killer pizza joint when you can be completely satisfied with just a slice of cheese pizza. And let me tell you, I was more than satisfied. I was cheesin' from ear to ear. I have to warn you. The sausage, pepper & onion pizza is Mmmmmagnificent! I couldn't help but do a little happy dance with each bite. And the folks working there are so nice, I almost wanted to invite them over for a pizza party. But be warned, don't burn your mouth. The pizza is hot and delicious, but you don't want to end up with a burnt tongue like I did. It's not a good look. And the employees are so busy, you know they're making fresh pizzas all day long. Giovanni's Old World New York Pizzeria is a slice above the rest. Just be prepared to leave with a full belly and a smile on your face.”

“Quick and friendly service. I say quick, but I always call before going. They are usually busy, but I'm in and out of there quickly. If you do have a wait, there are plenty of places to grab a snack. I've been coming here for at least a decade, and have never had any issues. Honest and very informative when a vehicle hasn't passed, which helped me fix the problem and not spend a ton chasing it down. I really can't recommend this place enough. You can pay and get your tags too. They are honest, quick, friendly, knowledgeable , thorough AND convenient.”
