(February 7, 2022, 4:07 pm)Our daughter loves taking classes here! She has been going since she was 9 months old and we have seen her skills improve. The thirty minutes fly by each week and she is so sad when it's time to get out of the pool. All the teachers are great with the kids. Our favorite was Teacher Tarynn, but we have enjoyed every teacher we have had. Definitely would recommend for kids of any age looking to learn basic swim skills and get comfortable in the water.
(October 17, 2020, 3:34 pm)The facilities are perfect for kids and families. The staff is always friendly. More importantly they are patient It's clear they really want to help kids learn and practice swimming.
Areas for improvement: communication on students' progress (maybe monthly?)
(October 7, 2020, 10:42 am)Friendly phone customer service when we were signing up and asking questions. Friendly staff when you enter. Facility is organized and clean. They are COVID-19 ready with face shields for their instructors. There are quite a few sanitizing stations for guests. One adult per kid/family to maintain social distancing. Instructors are organized and friendly. They are kind with the kids. :)
